Huckleberry Fragrance Oil
Many people ask us what makes our oils so much different from the competition. The little known secret is that many large suppliers of fragrances dilute their oils with cheaper carriers to increase their profit margin. This is often done at the manufacturing level and allows some suppliers to sell their product at prices that are occasionally lower than our wholesale price. These elevated carrier levels drastically affect product quality and In many cases will force you to use as much as 5-10 times the fragrance oil that you would need with our top quality oils. Our Huckleberry fragrance oil can typically scent much more product than any other supplier we’ve evaluated. That’s the Bulk Apothecary difference!

We used the Huckleberry in our cold process soap. What a disaster!!! Turned our batch into curds before we could get into our mold. Smells nice, but what good is it if it destroys your soap.
Again, do not use in your cold processed soap!!!
We searched everywhere for a huckleberry scent and finally found this one. We have now tried to use it twice in cold process soap and in both cases it caused the batch to seize. This was super disappointing the first time and we lost two batches of soap. Thinking something else might have gone wrong we tried it one more time but this time only made a single batch. Once again it seized. So that was three batches down the drain so to speak! Out of 18 batches (one loaf each of cold process soap) we lost the three that we did with the huckleberry and the other 15 turned out perfectly fine. So we will try to use in candles and hopefully it works for that as we would prefer not to have to throw it away. Someone else said that it worked fine in melt and pour and while we have always made ours from scratch we hear that this can often be the case where an essential oil or fragrance oil behaves fine in melt and pour and does not behave well in cold process soap.
Works well in Melt & Pour soap. Smells nice. Very strong scent retention.
I bought the Huckleberry Fragrance. Wonderful, just as described. Not one of those that calls a scent huckleberry, but it is everything but
Will and have been now looking for things I can't find anywhere else.
Glad I tried them, and will more in future. They have unique and wonderful scents, I like!
This smells just right. That deep syrupy rich smell of huckleberries.
