Description: Ylang-ylang Essential Oil is extracted from Cananga odorata - also known as flower of flowers. It is a tall tropical tree about 20meters (60 feet) high with large, tender, fragrant pink, mauve or yellow flowers. The yellow heads are viewed as being the best in terms of quality. There are several grades of Ylang-ylang essential oil which are extracted at different times during the flower's lengthy distillation. These grades are referred to as extra, I, II, & III. This is the first distillation of the oil.

Ylang Ylang Oil
A little goes a long way. The aroma is sharp, but relaxing. I would recommend it to friends. It is a little pricey, but worth it.

Amazing, Makes me feel Amazing!
I bought this oil to use in bath salts, and it is fabulous! Ylang Ylang has a great scent, and this #1 oil can be diluted down (I use almond oil) with about a 7:1 dilution to get the same scent as the #3 oil. I'm very, very pleased!

Use it for everything
Poor mans jasmine no more! I actually prefer this oil, amazing in skin care and in my Roux and Bones handcrafted soaps!

Excellent Scent and Quality
Bulk Apothecary has done again, a wonderful oil. This oil is very soothing. I recommend this company to all of my friends. I used this oil in my difusser and the fragrance provided a calming effect on the entire family. Will buy from Bulk Apothecary again.

Great essential oil, Great price
My wife wanted this item to create her own blend of scented oils. We were immensely pleased. Just one complaint though, there wasn't a dropper top on the bottles so that you could dispense the oil a single drop at a time. I hope this will be added to your product in the future.

Sharp but effective
I ordered the #1 distillation. It is a little sharper in scent than other brands of ylang ylang. So it is not quite as pleasant a smell but I certainly feel it's calming effects!
