Separation issues and cloudiness
I contacted the company seeking assistance and guidance on resolving product separation issues. I was informed that they do not provide usage instructions to avoid liability. This is unprecedented in my experience and has resulted in significant financial losses due to my inability to fulfill customer orders. This product does not mix well with fragrance oils, even after adding Polysorbate 20; it is cloudy, and separation issues persist. I would give this product a zero if I could. On another note, the fragrance oil I bought smells amazing.

Seperation
It turns a milky white no matter what I mix with it... I wish there were some instructions for how to mix well without it turn milky white... I'd thought I've found the place for good product in disappointed...

I wish I could give it a good review but after purchasing twice with the same results I cannot. No matter what fragrance oil I use, it turns a milky white. This is with following IFRA guidelines and actually using smaller amounts of FO.

I won’t buy anything or anywhere else! Excellent product that holds my fragrances well and makes long lasting. Some are cloudy but I use frosted bottles so not an issue. Customers love it!
