WONDERFUL
This is a top selling product but Bulk fails to keep it in stock. Like other customers, I've had to purchase my cream base from other suppliers. I've also noticed the price is higher. If it's more expensive now, Bulkapothecary should at least keep it in stock. It's hard to stay faithful to BULK when other suppliers pursue your business with cheaper prices.

Not Happy
When I received my 2 gallons the cream was opened and had leaked everywhere in the box. I couldn't understand where will FedEx even delivered the box damage. I could not make my product because there was paper fragments in the cream from the brown paper wraps in the box. For the first time I was very disappointed with the service.
