Matte finish, true in tone. Use by itself or to deepen the tone of other colors. This pigment powder color has been filtered of harmful impurities. When used in clear bases, the color will not remain transparent. A pastel color is produced in opaque (white) bases.

Great - Nice color
My other oxide reviews state about the same thing. The matte oxides are great. This is a true cobalt blue. I find blues and purples a bit tricky at times to achieve the desired shade I am aiming for, but these matte powders still require much less than other colorants to get there. This also mixes very well with other colors to make various shades of purple and green. All the oxides I have purchased here mix well prior to use, and seem to stay pretty true, and haven't bled after the soaps have gelled and cured. Nice!
