Packaging ripped
I ordered 5 pounds of kaolin clay. Upon opening the box there was powder all around the inside of the box. I managed to collect 3.5 pounds, but is still waiting on a reply from the company to resolve the issue. The products itself works well. Just disappointed the packaging tore.
