Felt great on skin
The palm oil leaked a little.
The padded envelope used for shipping was tore up but no container broke. Not one of the products were protected inside the padded envelope. So, thankful no breakage, however, the Sealed For Freshness was not sealed entirely. Product feels great though. -
Palm
All I can say is that palm oil is softer than shea butter. I usually purchase them at the same time. Typically, palm oil is harder than shea butter from other campany. I hope they are not mistaken about the label.
