3. Handy but Odd Design

   I had to buy the tray because the tubes from Bulk Apothecary did not fit the tray I had. Customer service was very accommodating about giving me a partial credit, so the cost wasn't so bad for an unexpected expense. It works beautifully except for the center hole. For some reason, it is shaped slightly differently than the others resulting in leakage. I have to clean the sides off the center tube and the tubes around it before I can label. When I spoke with customer service, I was told that they are aware of this issue but don't know why it's shaped like that.

    I'm a total klutz. This thing makes pouring lip balms and glosses into tubes super-quick and easy, and I don't wind up knocking half the tubes over anymore!
