Purchased this base in the past. After the rinse off, skin was super soft. Don't know if the soap base formula has changed but skin wasn't soft after the rinse Giving a dragging effect.

I was very impressed with this soap base. Creamy lather and held onto the essential oil blend I added . My skin feels soft and clean. Will definitely buy again.
