CO2 Extracted Ginger is the way to go. I find steam distilled stinky and un-ginger like.

Use this oil daily in diffuser and skin preparations I make. I found that eating raw ginger, along with raw turmeric, raw garlic, and freshly ground pepper helps my joint pain in a very tangible way, and nothing else even comes close. To have a way to diffuse it into the air and put into skin preparations I make is an added bonus as I do not have to distill it myself.Essential oils are part of a complete healthy lifestyle which will change you on a molecular level. I highly recommend their use, with the caveat that they are high quality therapeutic grade oils, and you are aware of proper use techniques.

I have taken ginger for my stomach, in one form or another, for years. Since tuning in to essential oils, I have stopped using anything but Ginger Root oil. Why mess with anything less than what works? Excellent product.

I realize that it would have been much better to use fresh ginger for my Kombucha, but you were out, so this made a stronger brew!
