Not impressed, not consistent quality. I ordered several of these. One had zero oil and fragrance added, literally large sugar crystals only in the sealed container. Another had an insane amount of oil added to it and it was unusable. Another wasn't sealed well and leaked all over the place. The type of sugar used varied, which is a big deal with a product like this. None of them were scented very strongly, and none of them looked like the photo shown in the listing. I would never rely on these as a black label ready-to-sell item. Who knows what my customers would end up with! I had high hopes for these, the two wick country candles, and the black label soap. Ended up very disappointed with them all. Will be looking elsewhere for most of my black label items.

Love this sugar scrub! The consistency is awesome. Upon arrival the top of the product was dried out, so it's good to recommend to customers to stir it so the crystals are coated by the oil, after first opening. Wish the scents were stronger.

My wife loves this product, as well as other customers. I do not like it because it is to oily. I am constantly wiping off the containers, even though they are supposed to be sealed.

I am not a fan of these scrubs.?
I bought three baby powder, lemon and the other was not marked on the bottom.
I opened today because I wanted to use for Mother’s day.
They are so rough and abrasive. The sugar molecules are too large to use for a scrub in my opinion.
I would like to return for another product.
I love the soap making supplies on this site but would not purchase the scrubs again.

I have tried the Lavender Vanilla, Lemon Sugar, and Warm Vanilla Sugar--the latter being my personal favorite because I LOVE vanilla. But I'll tell you that the Lemon Sugar comes in a very close second. When I tell you the Lemon Sugar scrub smells just like candy and will have you wanting to inhale yourself LOL. I like the sugar to oil ratio of this formula and have never felt the need to add to or adjust it in any way. My shipments are always well packaged which I appreciate. My one experience with customer service when one of my larger orders suffered a spill during transit was superb. I'm talking about amazing response time AND resolution. Such a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I continue to be a very happy, repeat customer :-)
**My only complaint is that there is no option to purchase this particular formula in true bulk form (like in a bucket) the way they offer the coconut oil and shea butters. I love the simplicity of this formula (no mineral oil), but having to dump each 8oz container into a large bowl to fill my own containers is a very tedious endeavor. I do it because I'd prefer to maintain quality, but, Bulk Apothecary, please hear my cry for these scrubs in a bulk option. Thanks so much!

While full of sugar, the amount of oil failed to balance out what was needed to create a good exfoliating experience. Had to add oil.
