Mis-labeled
The company was great with shipping out product. It was really fast and well packaged. But on the website it says shampoo where you click to get to product. Even says shampoo on the header. Then when you look at picture it says body wash not shampoo. Well I should have looked at that and questioned it. And when product arrived it was body wash like the picture and not shampoo. I am going to have to order the sulfate free shampoo I guess cause the picture shows shampoo vs body wash. It’s not a big deal but in my right mind I can’t give 5 stars. Body wash is not shampoo, I know some people may do that but I don’t.

Shampoo doesn’t lather, doesn’t spread around at all. Conditioner doesn’t do anything at all.

Unscented shampoo
PLEASE don’t stop making this unscented shampoo base. It is the only one I have found that is fragrance and preservative free. I use it to wash my hair in the shower and to wash my hands when I leave my home. Nobody that is allergic to fragrance can use anything provided in public bathrooms. Thank you so much for taking care of those of us that can’t buy products anywhere else!!

This is Body Wash
Just wanted to put it in a review, because I didn’t see it until I called customer service. This is a BODY WASH. Apparently you can add stuff to it to make it a shampoo, and I might just be too new to this to understand the difference. But other websites are selling shampoo products that are actually shampoo products (I.e. have different ingredients than a body wash) this does not have that. And it does state that this is just a body wash at the end of the description, but I didn’t see that until I bought 2 gallons of body wash essentially. The body wash is fine? It’s definitely more of a shower gel. It was a disappointing first and last buy from Bulk Apothecary :(

I'm a hairstylist and I love it!!
This is the best unscented base shampoo I've ever tried, finally finding one at that. I really like the fragrance oils that I add to it, not only does it cleans it softens the hair even though it is a clarifying agent. I highly recommend!
