Loved this book for starting out with herbs. It is a good all around resource and gives plenty of information and recipes for all around herbal health. Most are easy enough for a beginner to be able to do.

I found wild Rosemary or ledum pasture to help with my inflation. An pain. I worked till I dropped. By the time the Dr.s figured out I had it for 3-4 years. Most ppl collapse after 2 weeks of being bitten. I pushed myself. An even with aggressive antibiotic IV treatment it was still active. The treatment left me without teeth, hair, an loss of vision. To no avail. I slipped into Coma sleeps an high narcotic's for pain, fevers of 104° .I didn't think I would live long. My sister was searching for answers to natural Cure's. Wild Rosemary has worked. I'd like to find it in an oil that's affordable. I hope this helps ppl dealing with Lyme's disease, cause the chronic fatigue is a dooser! Knocks you down. The swollen joints with injections is painful an only irritates you more. Go with naturals. The barrillian sprocket bans are unbreakable. Except with Ozone an Vibration. Therapy. Who has millions to have that done. When there's days you cannot move. Good luck an hope for the cure that's unknown.
