With a fluffy brush, sweep powder on the high points of your face—cheekbones, brow bones, bridge of the nose and cupid’s bow—or anywhere you desire for extra luminosity.

Apply with a brush, the way you would any eye shadow. Try the black edged close to the lash line and blend the red into the crease. Dab a little of the silver on the inner corners. Or cover the bare lids with the purple and, if you’re feeling daring, add some red. Then pile on the mascara.
