About Our Digitally Printed Labels
We have the latest digital printing technologies that deliver professional waterproof product labels at even the shortest run lengths. This allows us to simplify the custom label experience, offering it to anyone who wants to bring their product to market with professional quality. All labels are printed on the latest high-speed printing presses with state-of-the-art die-cutting/finishing presses to ensure top-quality labels and unbelievable lead times.

Step 1: PLACING YOUR ORDER
Select the material type, laminate, and quantity you would like. Be sure to select the important note before adding the label to your cart.
Choosing Your Material:
White BOPP Labels - White BOPP labels are our most commonly used material and are suitable for most applications. White BOPP labels are made with polypropylene material and have a permanent adhesive. It is impervious to water and oils, and is particularly suitable for bath and body products, as well as food and beverage products.
Choosing Your Laminate:
High Gloss - High gloss is our most popular laminate. It provides protection for the label and a high gloss shiny finish.
Matte - The Matte Laminate provides your label with a dull almost satin like non-glossy finish. Some customers consider this achieves a more "natural" or "modern" look.
Choose Your Quantity:
Press Proofs Available - We offer a sample press proof for $14.95 print + shipping. This is a printed laminated physical copy of your label. Think of the sample press proof as a prototype of your order. This is an option that many of our clients choose so they can see what the label looks like on their product before committing to hundreds of labels.
Orders can be split into multiple print versions for a $25 fee per version. Minimum of 100 labels per art version. You can add this fee to your cart here.
Step 2: SEND YOUR ARTWORK TO OUR GRAPHICS DEPARTMENT
Email your print-ready artwork to our graphic designers at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Print-Ready Artwork Specifications:
The file you send in should be sized to the proper dimensions and look exactly as you would like it to look once printed.
The artwork has a bleed of 1/8" or 0.125 inches.
The artwork is kept within 0.125" or 1/8" inside the cut line.
Templates are available under our “download” tab. Please remove the template prior to emailing your artwork.
The artwork is in the CMYK color scale.
The artwork has a minimum of 300 DPI for print.
The file can be PDF, PNG, PSD, and AI. Due to administrative policy, our system can not accept zip files.
Please include a notation of roll orientation. Industry-standard roll orientation is position #4. If you need a different orientation, please let us know.
If you are using a labeling machine, please let us know. If not, labels may potentially be on multiple cores.
Step 3: APPROVE YOUR DIGITAL PROOF
Once our Graphic Designers receive your print-ready artwork, they will verify it matches our requirements and email you a digital proof for your approval. Please respond with your approval to print.
Step 4: WAIT FOR YOUR LABELS TO ARRIVE…IT’S JUST THAT SIMPLE!
Once we receive your approval, your order will be added to our print queue and we’ll get started on printing your labels. You will receive your roll of labels separately from any other items in your order and you will receive tracking information once your labels ship.
