I felt it after 5 days
I started taking and after five days I could feel the effects of it. I take it with NOW L-Proline as well. Both are great products. My hair, skin, and nails are much stronger and skin has a nice glow. I live in the desert.

Cheap and wonderful!
Cheapest I have found anywhere for such a large dosage. They do not stink or taste bad either!
