No problem with product. Customer Service and availability could make so it does not matter how good product works. After many requests for customer service to call me I have received none. Now I call to order more product and they currently have none. Exactly one of the reasons I wanted to talk with customer service to make sure we don't run out. I wanted to tell them our usage. I was hoping for something that made my hair feel more moisturized and soft, didn't get out he tangles like I expected but it did pretty good will definitely buy again.

I just ordered this for the first time. After using it the first time I noticed an improvement. My hair was softer and didn't feel sticky. It also curled better. That's without putting anything in it. Looks like I'll be making my own shampoo and conditioner. I'm going to be putting tea tree oil, jojoba oil, and argan oil in it.

This is a good all-purpose conditioner for kids and adults. I use a lot on the kids to reduce hair-combing drama! They get to pick their own custom scent, too.

Best cream rinse available on the market. The only one that is truly fragrance free. Will buy again.

Creamy consistency, blends well!

I used to use Cure Care conditioner but they stopped making it, so I found this one. I love it a lot. It's truly fragrance free and doesn't irritate my scalp. It rinses out VERY clean, but that's ok because if your hair is easily weighed down by conditioners, it won't be by this one. And if you need a little more protein or more moisture, you can add whatever oils or anything you wish. And at $14 a gallon, you can afford to experiment. I've shared samples of this with lots of people and they all love it. I wish shipping wasn't so expensive, but it's heavy stuff so I understand.
