Masculine, but not overwhelming
I just made cold process soap with this fragrance today, and it came out smelling great! I can't wait for it to cure so that my fiance can try it!
The scent is reminiscent of old-fashioned aftershaves...masculine and breezy. Sexy and not pungent. In smaller amounts, it could be used as a base note for a woman's soap or lotion. Blends with other scents well. My soap is a mix of this, citrus pine, and ocean breeze. I hope my fiance loves it. A must-have scent! -
Great smell
I just started to make soaps and body butters. I was in search for a scent that my dad would like, and this hit the spot! A little does go along way and lasts all day too.

You Get What You Pay For
This Bay Rum fragrance oil is incredible right out of the bottle. It reminds me of my trips to Miami when the cuban gentlemen would go out. They smelled like this. It's a very classic, manly, sexy scent with subtle spicy undertones. In addition to this one I ordered two other scents; Tobacco Flower and Blue Hawaii, and WOWZA - they also knock my socks off. Having been in the fragrance world a few years ago, I'm now creating my own line of candles, and bath products and wanted a masculine scent, a summer scent and feminine scent, to test on me and my family. To be fair I also ordered from two other well-known internet fragrance oil companies and let me say there is NO comparison. ZILCH. I was so disgusted by one of the company's so called fragrance oil that I threw them in the trash right after opening. What's the saying? Ah, yes, "you get what you pay for." Thanks, BA for providing excellent fragrance oils and fantastic service/delivery time. I can't wait to order more delicious fragrance and essential oils from you!

When I make my next batch I'll use the bay leaf essential oils.

Smells great
Everyone says it's so masculine. Well, it's not fruity or sweet or floral, true. I think plenty of women would like it as much as men. Also nice to mix with other scents such as lime or bergamot.

Fantastic scent!
I was having a hard time finding the right scent for my DIY prpducts for my husband. This is perfect. Manly and gentle. It is not over powering like most masculine scents. I use it for aftershave and deodorant sticks.
