Excellent Cedarwood Essential Oil
I was genuinely impressed with this cedarwood essential oil. The moment I opened the bottle, the aroma was warm, rich, and perfectly balanced—not too sharp, not too faint. It has that comforting, woodsy scent that feels grounding and clean, exactly what I look for in a high-quality cedarwood oil.
The purity really stands out. A few drops in my diffuser fills the room with a soothing, natural fragrance that lasts much longer than other brands I’ve tried. I’ve also used it in homemade blends, and it mixes beautifully with lavender, frankincense, and bergamot.
Beyond the scent, I love how calming it is. It’s great for unwinding in the evening, and it adds a relaxing, spa-like feel to the space. The packaging was secure, and the dropper made it easy to use without wasting a single drop.

Virginia & Texas EOs
The descriptions of these are fairly accurate. The Virginia Cedar has a mild "pencil wood" scent. The Texas Cedar really shines as what I think of when I think of a cedar fragrance. It's fairly strong and definitely has that tarry, woody cedar smell and it's what we ended up using for our masculine fragrances for our soap line.
Both work well in cold process soap. -
Disappointed
I ordered Cedarwood Himalayan and it doesn’t smell at all like Cedarwood. I can’t even describe the smell but it doesn’t even resemble Cedarwood at all. Disappointed.

This is not Cedar Atlas
I ordered Cedar Atlas, which I have used many times. This is a match to Himalayan Cedar.It does not have the fresh cedar closet scent Atlas has, rather a slightly cat pee odor. I have both and this is in no way Atlas. I've always been pleased with Bulk's essential oils but this is in no way correct for Cedar Atlas.
