Matte finish, true in tone. Use by itself or to deepen the tone of other colors. This pigment powder color has been filtered of harmful impurities. When used in clear bases, the color will not remain transparent. A pastel color is produced in opaque (white) bases.

How green?
Well how green depends on how much of this that you use. I used a few teaspoons for my 50 oz batch and the green was a beautiful medium green that went well with my scent of "green tea". I supposed if I were to increase the pigment I would get a green like that on this website. Maybe I will try that and then do another review.

Not the color I was expecting
Product works well but is not at all the shade shown in the photo. Definitely a forest green but just not what I was expecting based on the photo. Some of it does settle to the bottom of the mold so may need to use a strainer to avoid this if needed.

Not the color I was expecting
I purchased this colorant assuming the shade would be like the photo provided in the description. It was not. It is more of a natural Hunter Green tone, not at all as the photo represents. It does however work very well in white soaps, the color can settle to the bottom of molds if not filtered after mixing which doesn't look to appealing in clear glycerin bases. I am overall happy with the product even though the color isn't quite as expected so I am giving 4 stars.

A very happy green. A little goes a long way
Just purchased this Matte Woodland Green Pigment Powder and decided to use it right away in a 3 color swirl cpop. Turned out beautiful. I also think I was SUPPOSED to disperse in water, but I dispersed in oil and it mixed up just fine. No clumps or lumps and I only used 1/2 teaspoon to swirl a 3 pound batch. It's very green. Somewhere between grass & pine needles. Gorgeous color.
