On some of the items we do have a price guarantee logo next to the item which means we guarantee that item is the lowest price online or we will match it. On those items which do not have a price guarantee logo, call us and we will do our best.

Return Policy:

We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our items. For any defective item, we will offer a 100% refund with no restocking fee at our discretion. If you are unhappy in any way with your products, you can return them within 30 days for a complete refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Please note: Shipping will not be refunded for items that are not defective and customer will be responsible for return shipping. Any shipping incurred by Bulk Apothecary due to free shipping offers will be taken off the top of the total refund.
