Description: Litsea Cubeba is a small plant found in tropical areas. The leaves are typically a vibrant green with a pleasant, lemon like smell. It produces small, pepper-like fruits from which the essential oil is extracted.

Aromatic Scent: Litsea cubeba Essential Oil has a crisp, citrus smell. It has been compared to lemongrass and lemon verbena. It is considered sweeter and softer than lemongrass.

WAY Cool...wonderful

What more can I say? I don't know what I expected but it's a little bit spicy, a little bit floral, and just universally adaptive to most any fragrance (that's what I'm using it for). I bought some cardamom and knew I was going to use that but I also added some Litsea, an unplanned surprise!

I don't know about its therapeutic uses but I put this in my diffuser and the smell makes my nose so happy. I got a diffuser for my car and use it there as well. I will admit as well I am VERY picky about my oils.I can imagine there are many uses for this lovely oil.

This oil is now my favorite. Most citrus doesnt manage to come through in cold process soaps, so this is a find! The smell remains bright and perfect in end product. I couldnt be more pleased. My friends love it, and i will be doing a new line with it. Definitely get at least 2oz so worth it!

I love the lemony smell of Litsea EO. I use it in everything, CP soaps, scrubs and body butters. It helps to anchor scents and smells divine all by itself.I will definitely be ordering more of this.

Litsea smells like fresh lemon juice - divine - but doesn't disappear during saponification like real citrus often does. Love it!

Added Litsea and a little Rosemary to a body butter today. The cirtus smell is so light and soothing Packed it in your 4 oz plastic jars. Just lovely.
