Lip balm is a fairly good company located in Ohio. They do offer a niche service that Bulk Apothecary doesn't really compete with. You will see their advertisement online for $49 for 100 lip balms and it seems like a great deal. The truth however is, you must be very careful. The .49 per unit is a very good deal for a custom labeled lip balm or custom chapstick, at the 100 piece quantity, but if you need more than that, watch out. First, they charge .10 per unit for freight on all of their lip balm. On 1,000 pieces that is $100.00 and I can assure you, it should only cost $10-$15 to ship those 1000 lip balms. Secondly, that price is for 1 color labels with no overlam that could be printed on a home pc. Not quite the quality our customers expect, but none the less, a relatively good deal for someone looking for a very inexpensive label. If you want additional colors, be prepared to pay an extra .10 per chapstick for that. By the time all is said and done, that personalized lip balm you were buying could cost you dearly. Our personal review of lip balm express is that they are a good company, but have a lot of hidden charges that stack up quickly.
