Peppermint Foot Soak Recipe 1

We could all use a little relaxation in our lives. So many things keep us so busy, moving all the time, running from here to there, logging miles on our feet all day long.

At the end of the day we’re left with aching, swollen feet that need a little TLC! A good foot soak can soothe away the aches and pains and energize tired feet- and you don’t even need to go to a spa.

This easy, at-home soak will ease away the tension after a long day and can be done in the comfort of your own home, whenever you feel the need for it!

Peppermint Foot Soak

½ Cup Epsom Salt

½ Cup Dead Sea Salt

1 Cup Baking Soda (aka Sodium Bicarbonate)

20 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine. You can add color if you’d like by using mica powders or liquid soap colors. Scoop the mixture into an airtight, lidded jar for storage.

To use: Dissolve ¼ cup of the mixture into a basin of hot water and soak feet.
