This easy, at-home soak will ease away the tension after a long day and can be done in the comfort of your own home, whenever you feel the need for it!
Peppermint Foot Soak
½ Cup Epsom Salt
½ Cup Dead Sea Salt
1 Cup Baking Soda (aka Sodium Bicarbonate)
20 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
To use: Dissolve ¼ cup of the mixture into a basin of hot water and soak feet.
