Shea Butter is a solid fatty oil derived from the nuts of the karite trees in west and central Africa. When the nuts are harvested, they are crushed and boiled to extract the shea butter within- which is rich in Vitamin A and several fatty acids that help the skin retain moisture and elasticity, making it wonderful for use in lotions, soaps and cosmetics.

  1. I use Shea Butter in most of my Soaps for super-fating.. I had a friend that was suffering with Eczema, so I made him 2 different Soaps that didn’t help. I decided to make 50% Shea Butter and 50% Cocoa Butter Soap with a few Essential Oils and that did the trick. Shea Butter is wonderful.

  2. I make 2 types of skin cream. One containing Shea, cocoa butter and coconut oil. And the other with Shea butter, Mango butter and coconut oil. I also make a balm with Shea butter in it. I love your brand of Shea butter

  3. I use shea butter beside other ingredients for my Calendula Healing Salve. This salve is wonderful to use on diaper rash, sensitive skin, eczema, wound healing and much more.
