“I LOVE my cellulite!!” -Said no one ever.

Fact: No woman likes cellulite. Another fact: We all have some (lucky us, right?).

Here’s one more fact that will make you feel a little bit better about it: Men have it too. Really!

Okay, so it’s more of a 90-20 ratio (women being the 90% here) but hey, it’s something, right?

Cellulite is more prevalent in women for several reasons. I won’t get all scientific on you, but the basics of why we see those awful little dimples in alllll the wrong places comes down to hormones, the structure of our collagen, the size of the fat cells (of course women get the fatter fat cells. How is that even fair?!), and the thickness of the skin- men have thicker skin, so cellulite isn’t as visible.

So ladies, what can we do?

As of right now there’s no miracle cure to banish the bumps from our thighs (but keep your fingers crossed for the future!).

If there’s anything women are great at, it’s perfecting the art of disguise.

We can cover a blemish, conceal dark under eye circles, and fake a full night of sleep with just a little makeup!

So if we can’t eliminate cellulite, you bet we can minimize the appearance!

Cellulite? What cellulite?

The right ingredients are key to reducing the appearance of unwanted lumps and bumps.

Did you know that caffeine works wonders when used topically?

It constricts blood vessels which temporarily tightens and tones the skin. It increases circulation and reduces water retention- which can help to smooth the bumpy look of cellulite.

AND it helps to reduce toxins in the body which is amazing for our skin in general. A great source of caffeine for topical use is coffee (not to mention it smells SO good!).

Pair that with nourishing natural oils that soothe the skin and you’ve got one more secret to add to your bag of beauty tricks!

This scrub is amazing for reducing the appearance of cellulite and creating a tight and toned look.

Use in the shower as an all over scrub or just to cellulite prone areas.

It’s not a permanent fix, but it’s a great addition to your beauty regimen- especially during the months when wearing less occurs more!
