Yields 1 jar.
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Shea Butter
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Ginger Root
1/2 Tbsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Valerian Root
20-30 Drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil
In a double broiler melt down shea butter and coconut oil.
Allow oils to cool (about 10 minutes).
Stir in cayenne, turmeric, valerian and ginger root.
Add in essential oil.
Place in freezer for 20 minutes.
Take from freezer and mix your rub until it has a whipped like consistency.
