–Please Note – This fragrance may also work in countless other applications. The uses above are simply those products that we lab tested this fragrance in. Bulk Apothecary only sells the finest quality ingredients and our African Musk fragrance oil is no different. All of our oils are custom blended by a team of perfumers that are industry veterans with the knowledge and experience to ensure quality and consistency that is unmatched in our opinion. Furthermore our state of the art facility houses one of the largest stock inventories of fragrance oils in the nation making our signature fragrances available at wholesale pricing to the general public without lengthy lead times.
Many people ask us what makes our oils so much different from the competition. The little known secret is that many large suppliers of fragrances dilute their oils with cheaper carriers to increase their profit margin. This is often done at the manufacturing level and allows some suppliers to sell their product at prices that are occasionally lower than our wholesale price. These elevated carrier levels drastically affect product quality and In many cases will force you to use as much as 5-10 times the fragrance oil that you would need with our top quality oils. Our Adriatic Fig fragrance oil can typically scent much more product than any other supplier we’ve evaluated. That’s the Bulk Apothecary difference!

When I first opened the container I thought to myself....this doesn't smell like the African Musk I remember.
Now that my soap has been curing for a few weeks it smells exactly like the African Musk I remember.
My tip for you is this. Less is more.
I really enjoy this fragrance oil, I've purchased it twice for use in men's grooming products (soaps, bubble bath, etc.) I think the description of "powdery musk" is best fitting, it has a very clean smell and is not very spicy. It blends well with other fragrances and essential oils, it is a masculine fragrance must-have.
I tested this with Male customer feed back. For the most part, they like it. Especially as an alternative to chemical fragrances. Some want it to have a stronger scent and not mild, so I cut with an Earthy Essential oil. This Scent is called Egyptian Musk in other locations.
Very good concentration sillage 3-5 hours in perfumers alch. I'm satisfied. The musk is very artificial but it seems to sell really well.Personally I would not wear it as I think it smells like Jovan Musk Cheap and Plastic but for the price it's a great deal and it sells so...
When I first ordered, this wasn't in stock so I opted for the "regular" musk which was fine and served the purpose but this African musk is the one I'll stick with from now on. Wonderful earthy fragrance with rich tones - very sexy!
This has a nice clean smell, a little goes a long way as most fragrance does. I put it in my after shower lotion for men.
You were out of the African Musk so to avoid a delay I switched to the regular musk. Very nice "manly" smell, not overpowering, Next time around I'll try the African musk and see what, if any, there is between the two.
This simply smells like musk. I like musk, but I was expecting something with a twist, given that it's titled "African Musk." It makes a nice unisex fragrance, just not particularly what I was looking for.
